At Casa Muse Artistry, each appointment is set aside especially for you. This gives us time to prepare for your brows or lashes service and means that appointment time may not be available to another client. Please read the policy below before booking.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and give at least 24 hours’ notice. You can get in touch with us via instagram or SMS.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service amount.

No shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, it will be treated as a no-show. A no-show will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service amount.

Fee payment

Any applicable late cancellation or no show fee will be charged to the payment method used to book, where available. If a payment method was not provided, please contact us to arrange payment.
